General assembly line for water pump

1.Single work table type assembly line with directing delivering among work station and high efficiency;

2.Be able to complete the whole assembly of water and oil pump of car including press assembly, gluing, leak test, bolt tightening and marking and etc.

3.The press assembly machine is driven by servo and could realize precise assembly with safety light curtain and ensure the safety of operator. 

4.Laser marking is used for work piece with no noise, clear writing and high efficiency.

5.Working station PLC/computer could upload processing data into MES server automatically.
