Differences between servo press and ordinary press:
1. The main driving mode of precision servo press: servo press is driven by servo motor, which is used for pressure assembly of high-precision ball screw. The pressure is directly converted by the torque output of the servo motor. The ordinary press fitting machine is driven by the motor and oil pump, changes the direction through the directional valve, and then carries out pressure operation through the hydraulic cylinder. The pressure passes through the oil pipe and valve body and has a certain loss.
2. Professional precision servo press has energy saving and environmental protection: servo press adopts servo motor. When the machine is in standby mode, the motor does not rotate. In addition, the speed and power also changed during the installation of the press. In the ordinary press mounting machine, the motor always rotates in standby and needs a certain amount of electricity. It also rotates at a constant speed in operation, and the power consumption will be higher. Compared with servo motor, the noise is also higher.
For the precision servo press, its process is generally divided into fast down, working progress, pressurization, pressure holding, load relief, return and other stages. The working pressure and flow required in each stage are different. For the motor, the whole processing process of the professional precision servo press is in a constantly changing load state, At present, most oil presses use three-phase asynchronous motor to drive constant power variable displacement pump to provide power. Although it can achieve the effect of reducing output flow beyond the set pressure value, the motor has been in normal operation throughout the working process. In fact, it is not necessary for the motor to drive the oil pump to work in the fast down, pressure maintaining state and stopping taking and discharging state, If the motor is still working in this state, on the one hand, the motor will cause a waste of energy, on the other hand, it will also cause the circulating overflow of oil, resulting in the rise of oil temperature, generating a lot of heat and energy waste.
