What should I do if the torque of the Dalian tightening machine is not accurate? Calibration and debugging methods
During long-term use, Dalian tightening machines are prone to problems such as excessive or insufficient torque, numerical fluctuations, etc., which can cause bolt loosening, tooth slippage, and poor assembly consistency, directly affecting the quality of product assembly. Inaccurate torque is mostly not caused by equipment failure, but by wear, parameter deviation, and improper operation. It can be quickly repaired and restored to equipment accuracy through standardized calibration and debugging.
Firstly, investigate the basic external factors. Sleeve wear, loose snap springs, excessive clearance between connecting rods, and bearing jamming can cause torque transmission losses, resulting in low measured torque and large fluctuations. Regularly check the wear of the sleeve in daily life, replace worn parts in a timely manner, tighten the connection structure, and ensure that there is no gap or slippage in the transmission. The pneumatic tightening machine needs to check whether the air source pressure is stable. Fluctuations in air pressure are a common cause of torque deviation, and it is necessary to adjust and stabilize the pressure to ensure a constant working pressure.
Next, perform standard torque calibration. Prepare a professional torque tester, connect and fix the tightening machine with the testing equipment, maintain coaxial concentricity, and avoid detection errors caused by unbalanced loads. Conduct multiple tests on the commonly used low, medium, and high torque gears of the equipment, and record the measured data. If the deviation between the set value and the measured value exceeds the standard, enter the equipment system to fine tune the torque compensation parameters, correct the system error, and repeat the test until the data meets the standard.

For the servo Dalian tightening machine, it is necessary to focus on checking the program process parameters. Excessive segmented tightening speed and insufficient final tightening buffer can cause excessive impact torque and data drift. The final tightening speed can be appropriately reduced, and the buffering delay can be increased to ensure that the torque smoothly conforms to the standard value and reduce dynamic errors. At the same time, clear the parameter offset caused by long-term operation of the equipment and restore the factory benchmark accuracy.
Then establish a regular calibration system. It is recommended to conduct weekly spot checks and comprehensive monthly calibrations in the production workshop, and shorten the calibration cycle for high-frequency equipment use. Ensure that the equipment is dust-proof, vibration proof, and overload proof to avoid long-term overload operations that may cause fatigue and displacement of the torque module. Standardized debugging and regular maintenance can completely solve the problem of inaccurate torque, ensure stable assembly accuracy, and meet product qualification standards.
