Key points for maintenance and upkeep of Dalian tightening machine to extend its service life
Dalian tightening machine is a precision assembly core equipment widely used in new energy, automotive parts, and home appliance production lines. Long term high-frequency operation of equipment is prone to problems such as torque drift, lagging, abnormal noise, and inaccurate locking. Most equipment failures are not quality issues, but rather caused by inadequate daily maintenance. Standardizing the implementation of maintenance points for tightening machines can stabilize assembly accuracy, significantly reduce failure rates, and effectively extend equipment service life.
Daily cleaning and maintenance are the foundation. After production is completed, it is necessary to promptly clean the surface of the main shaft, sleeve, and transmission shaft of iron filings, dust, and oil stains to prevent impurities from entering the gear structure and bearing clearance, causing wear and jamming. Keep the equipment body, guide rails, and sliding parts clean and dry, and prevent dust, oil, and solidification that may affect the accuracy of equipment operation and smooth transmission. At the same time, check whether the power line and signal line are intact to avoid aging and poor contact of the circuit.

Regular lubrication and replacement of consumables are important. Special lubricating grease should be added periodically to the transmission gears, bearings, and sliding guide rails of the tightening machine to prevent wear, abnormal noise, and torque deviation caused by dry friction. Sleeve, batch head, and transmission shaft are vulnerable parts, and long-term locking may cause wear, slippage, and deformation. It is necessary to regularly check the degree of wear and replace them in a timely manner to avoid problems such as locking virtual position and inaccurate torque.
Accuracy verification and parameter maintenance cannot be ignored. Long term operation may cause slight torque drift. It is recommended to perform torque accuracy calibration once a week to ensure accurate locking data and compliance with production standards. At the same time, regularly check the fastening screws and fixed brackets of the equipment to prevent displacement deviation caused by equipment vibration and loosening. Servo models need to regularly clean the dust on the cooling fan to avoid motor overheating and overload alarms.
