Common troubleshooting methods and daily debugging skills for Dalian tightening machine
Intelligent tightening machines and servo tightening machines are the core equipment of automated assembly production lines, widely used in industries such as home appliances, automotive parts, new energy, and hardware processing. During long-term continuous operation, the tightening machine is prone to common problems such as unstable torque, slipping of locking devices, abnormal alarms, and missed locks, which directly affect assembly accuracy and production efficiency. Mastering the correct troubleshooting methods and daily debugging skills can effectively reduce equipment failure rates, extend equipment lifespan, and ensure stable operation of production lines.
In daily production, common faults of Dalian tightening machines are unstable torque and failure to meet locking standards. Most cases are caused by improper parameter settings, worn batch heads, or deviation in screw hole positions. During troubleshooting, priority can be given to checking the torque range settings to confirm whether the high and low speed segmentation parameters match the workpiece specifications; Replace worn and deformed batch heads and sleeves in a timely manner to avoid slipping or teeth during locking. If the data fluctuates significantly, torque calibration needs to be performed again to ensure that the equipment locking accuracy meets production standards.
Frequent alarms and failure to lock the device during idle operation are also high-frequency faults. This problem is often caused by abnormal signals, insufficient air pressure, and material jamming. The operator needs to check whether the line interface and sensor signal are loose or abnormal, clean up the debris and jamming in the track, and confirm that the air source pressure is stable. When a single axis of the multi axis tightening machine does not work, the operating parameters of the shaft can be separately detected to troubleshoot problems such as motor overload and program errors, and quickly restore equipment operation.

Scientific daily debugging and maintenance are the key to reducing malfunctions. Before starting up daily, a no-load test run is required to check whether the speed, lifting, and locking actions are smooth; Regularly calibrate torque parameters to ensure locking consistency; Timely clean the body, guide rails, and batch head components to keep the equipment clean and dust-free. At the same time, adjust the tightening speed, buffer distance, and depth parameters reasonably according to the production conditions to avoid damage to workpieces and equipment loss caused by high-speed hard locks.
In summary, most of the faults in Dalian tightening machines are caused by wear, parameter deviations, and inadequate daily maintenance. Standardizing daily debugging processes and regularly inspecting vulnerable components can effectively reduce downtime failure rates, while continuously ensuring assembly accuracy and improving overall production line efficiency, providing strong support for enterprises to achieve stable, efficient, and intelligent assembly production.
