Clean the testing station before and after starting work every day, check whether the sealing rubber ring is worn, deformed, or cracked, replace aging parts in a timely manner, ensure that the sealing conditions for each test are consistent, and reduce system errors from the hardware level.
Standardized operating procedures and regular parameter calibration are important. Operators need to place the workpiece in a unified posture and fitting position to avoid detection differences caused by displacement. After each shift starts up, it is necessary to perform no-load calibration and retest of standard parts to correct equipment parameter deviation issues. At the same time, avoid long-term continuous overload operation of the equipment, perform scheduled shutdown self inspection, and ensure stable working status of precision components such as sensors and solenoid valves.
