Daily maintenance skills and common troubleshooting methods for Dalian leak testing machine
The Dalian leak testing machine is the core equipment for air tightness quality inspection in the manufacturing industry. Long term high-frequency mass production operations are prone to accuracy deviations, equipment failures, and other problems, which affect production progress and product quality. Proper daily maintenance and mastery of common fault handling methods are key to ensuring stable equipment operation and reducing downtime losses, as well as the foundation of workshop equipment operation and maintenance.
Routine basic maintenance requires the implementation of normalized operations. Before each shift, it is necessary to check the power supply and gas circuit connections of the equipment, identify loose pipelines, air leaks, and water accumulation, and promptly drain the accumulated water in the filter. Clean the equipment table, sensors, and detection fixtures before and after homework, remove dust, oil stains, and workpiece debris, keep the equipment dry and clean, and avoid impurities affecting detection accuracy. Complete no-load calibration for each shift, regularly inspect precision components such as solenoid valves and pressure sensors, and prevent equipment overload and frequent start stop operation. At the same time, ensure dust protection for the equipment and promptly cut off power and gas when idle.

There are two common types of typical faults in the operation of Dalian leak testing equipment. One issue is that the detection data is unstable and has large errors, often caused by air leaks, sensor dust accumulation, or parameter deviation. This can be resolved by cleaning the sensor, tightening the pipeline joints, and recalibrating the parameters. The second issue is that the equipment cannot perform normal leak detection, and there may be start stop stuttering, most likely due to insufficient air pressure, pipeline blockage, or aging solenoid valves. It is necessary to adjust the standard air pressure, clear the blocked pipeline, and replace aging components in a timely manner.
In addition, if there are problems such as equipment alarm or detection timeout, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection, and it is prohibited to operate with faulty equipment. Standardized daily maintenance combined with precise fault handling can effectively reduce equipment failure rates, extend equipment service life, and continuously ensure efficient and accurate leak detection work on the production line.
