For example, in car cylinder head locking, when the torque approaches the preset threshold, the system will gradually reduce the speed to avoid instantaneous torque overload and damage to the workpiece.
The intelligent control system of Dalian tightening machine undertakes the function of "brain decision-making", integrating PLC controller and human-computer interaction interface. After the operator preset parameters such as torque, speed, and tightening angle through the interface, the system will automatically plan the locking process. At the same time, the system has data recording and fault diagnosis functions, which can store the torque curve data of each lock, facilitating quality traceability; If abnormal torque or motor overload occurs, it will immediately trigger shutdown protection and alarm to ensure operational safety. It is precisely the working principle of multi system collaboration that enables high-precision tightening machines to achieve the unity of precision and reliability.
